Welcome to The Old Rectory of St James Guest House

A Quintessentially English 18th century Bed and Breakfast in Telford, Shropshire

We delight in offering luxury Bed and Breakfast accommodation with charm and character, plus that little bit extra.

Rosemary and Adrian provide a welcoming atmosphere where the simple things are done well. You will find a vase of fresh flowers in your room and we offer Afternoon Tea on your arrival. You will start the day with a scrumptious breakfast of locally sourced ingredients, homemade bread and jams, also eggs from our own Burford Brown rescue hens and Lohman Browns.

Guests can also enjoy over an acre of gardens, yet we are only 5 mins drive/20 mins walk to the centre of Telford or 10 mins drive to Ironbridge. We are also within easy reach of Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, The Shropshire Hills, Much Wenlock, RAF Cosford, Weston Park and Ludlow.

Ideal for visitors to the Telford International Centre and Ironbridge Gorge Museums
